Participation is the future. We don\u2019t want to watch and listen. We want to co-create. We have 3 basic needs: competence, autonomy, relatable. We want to feel important, in control, and part of something bigger than ourselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The bottom line?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The future of business (and especially that of marketing) is participatory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Claus Raasted<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Claus Raasted has been designing participatory experiences for almost a quarter of a century and is one of the world\u2019s leading experts on participatory experience design. He\u2019s the author of 28 books on the subject and is a TEDx speaker who has lectured at Disney Imagineering. Claus also has a past in reality TV, but these days, who hasn\u2019t? He will talk about why participatory fiction is the way of the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Speaker contest Final <\/strong>will be held in Helsinki in May and you can see the winner of the Speaker Contest 2019 at <em>NBForum 2019 in Helsinki. <\/em>All finalists will join <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myspeaker.fi\/uutiset\/retorikas-retriitti\/\">MySpeakers Retorich Retreat <\/a><\/em>in May where they will be coached by our very own <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/myspeaker.fi\/puhujat\/andre-noel-chaker\/\">Andr\u00e9 No\u00ebl Chaker.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MySpeaker organizes coaching and Retorich Retreats for our speakers and also offers similar coaching and training sessions to companies.
