Yet, we still see a tremendous amount of organisations in the world who don&#8217;t practice diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace while they might be preaching it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">DEI topics are becoming a global steadfast mega trend and according to McKinsey &amp; Company &#8220;Companies that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive are better able to respond to challenges, win top talent, and meet the needs of different customer bases.&#8221; Thus we believe it&#8217;s time for all of us, no matter our differences, to begin practicing DEI at work and more broadly in society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In this newsletter we highlight some of our top experts on diversity, equity and inclusion who each have a unique viewpoint to this important topic.
