Amanda Backholm is a sociologist by training and a certified coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Over the past ten years, Amanda has worked at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and UNHCR in Stockholm. She has served as a coaching manager at Fifth Corner Inc. and Mehil\u00e4inen\u2019s subsidiary BeeHealthy, and has grown her own company, Burn Bright Coaching. Since the beginning of 2025 Amanda works at Orion Pharma as a HR Specialist in the Talent team.<\/p>\n

As a holistic career coach, Amanda has supported over 700 professionals around the world. Coaching leadership, emotional intelligence, innovation, failure, grief and resilience are topics around which Amanda has supported companies and individuals over the past few years.<\/p>\n

With her years in startups and international work experience, Amanda\u2019s ability to energize, provoke and concretize ideas into action is evident in everything she does. She is not afraid to tackle difficult topics, such as grief and failure \u2013 she personally experienced a great loss when her youngest sister Fanny died of brain cancer in 2022.<\/p>\n
