D<\/span>r. Marshall Goldsmith is a world authority in helping successful leaders achieve positive, lasting change in behaviour for themselves and their teams. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources \u2013 America\u2019s top HR honour. He is co-founder of Marshall Goldsmith Partners, a network of top-level executive coaches and he served as a member of the Board of the Peter Drucker Foundation for ten years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Goldsmith\u2019s Ph.D. is from UCLA. He teaches executive education at Dartmouth\u2019s Tuck School and frequently speaks at leading business schools. In 2006 Alliant International University honored him by naming their schools of business and organizational studies – the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management.<\/span><\/p>\n
