Camilla Tuominen

Camilla Tuominen (M.Econ) is an awarded keynote speaker and doctoral researcher on worklife emotions, author, and illustrator. She has been recognized as the Speaker of the Year in both 2021 and 2022, and also earned the title of Business Influencer of the Year in 2019.

She worked for years as a management consultant but resigned in 2012 after she understood that leading of emotions is the core skill of the future. She founded emotion startup (Emotion Tracker) and served as CEO until she sold it in 2019. She has written and illustrated three books on leading emotions and she is doing her doctoral research at Turku School of Economics exploring the link between workplace dynamics, emotions and illustrations.

She has a special skill in customer interactions, which was her major and area of expertise when she worked as a management consultant.
